I was lucky to meet the DRYHOP crew over the summer last year. Though the owner is young, he’s done an incredible job creating a unique brewery concept within the confines of a small urban space by brewing on-site mere feet from where people sit to enjoy their food and beer selection, separated only by glass from where their beer is being brewed. I definitely recommend the steak frites and their “On the Make” Saison and always look forward to my next visit.
